Community Involvement

At JL Development Group, we believe that true success is measured not only by what we build, but by the positive impact we make in the community. Our deep connection to the Coachella Valley inspires us to give back in meaningful and lasting ways - especially by investing in the next generation.
 

We are proudly committed to supporting youth development through team sports, with a particular focus on hockey. As founders and active leaders of the JR Firebirds Youth Hockey Club and the Coachella Valley Hockey Foundation, we are dedicated to creating opportunities for local kids to learn, grow, and thrive - both on and off the ice.
 

Through initiatives like "Try Hockey for Free" and a variety of competitive programs, we provide children of all ages and skill levels the chance to be part of something bigger than themselves. These programs promote teamwork, discipline, and confidence - core values that extend far beyond the rink.
